R.O.C.K. Mat-Su is partnering with Chickaloon Village Traditional Council and Knik Tribal Council to host a Face to Face: Confronting Racial Inequities a FREE Workshop.for ADULTS. Adults will join 30+ other Mat-Su community members in a 3-day workshop addressing the problem of racism in the United States.

R.O.C.K. Mat-Su believes that it is only through an understanding of racism that we as a community can begin to organize to undo its harmful legacy. Without equity in our community we will not be able to achieve our goals of resilient families and safe, thriving children.

Mat-Su community members who participate in this workshop are being granted a full scholarship. Stipends are available to community members to reduce financial barriers to attending the 3-day workshop. To receive the full benefit of this training, and receive a certificate of completion, you will be required to attend all 3-Days days of the workshop. Space is limited, Pre-registration is required.
