Valley Residential Services (VRS) is seeking supplemental operating funds to make theorganization sustainable over the long term. The funds we are requesting will contribute to themaintenance, management, and financial services that are necessary to operate our propertieseffectively. Our specific goals are to improve our response time to maintenance issues,processing applications, and addressing compliance matters. Currently our staff consists ofeleven employees (nine full-time and two part-time) for a portfolio of 156 units. We have a verylean operation with four employees in administration, three in property management, three inmaintenance, and one Property Services Coordinator. This is a very low ratio of employees toproperties in comparison to other similar agencies in the state.
