Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield will be the only Affordable Care Act-compliant individual health insurer in Alaska in 2017. Consumers currently covered by a Moda Health or discontinued Premera Blue Cross Blue Shield of Alaska individual or family plan will need new coverage January 1, 2017. Premera has posted 2017 rates and other information here.
