Chief Community Impact Officer

The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is searching for a permanent Chief Community Impact Officer (CCIO). This mission-critical executive role is responsible for translating the Foundation’s bold vision for health equity into measurable community outcomes across the Mat-Su. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Operating Officer, the CCIO oversees all philanthropic and programmatic strategy, including scholarship, grantmaking, Connect Mat-Su, and R.O.C.K. Mat-Su. The CCIO aligns cross-sector initiatives, leads high-performing teams, and is a core member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The ideal candidate will be experienced in cultivating deep, trust-based philanthropic relationships while championing health equity, building on core operational strategies, and ensuring value is embedded across all program, policy, and funding approaches.

Communications and Media Specialist

The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is now accepting applications for the position of Communications and Media Specialist. This position plays a key role in content development, digital media strategy, and audience engagement on behalf of MSHF. This role focuses on multimedia storytelling, content production, and digital brand management to enhance public awareness and engagement with the organization’s mission. The Specialist will work closely with the Director of Public Relations and the Chief Communications Officer to develop, test, and deploy impactful and transformative narratives that inspire.

Community Engagement Program Manager

The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is seeking a collaborative leader to fill the role of Community Engagement Program Manager. As a team member who supports leading community engagement initiatives, the Program Manager will work to ensure that local systems change solutions are developed in partnership with the people most affected. This position is responsible for providing day-to-day operational support, including coordinating events, outreach, project management, and maintaining data functions. The Program Manager will also ensure that community members with context expertise are well-supported with coordinated recruitment, onboarding, retention, and communications processes.
