Conference Center

The Mat-Su Health Foundation Conference Center supports local nonprofit and community groups by providing comfortable, flexible meeting space. We’re happy to welcome groups into the building at no cost according to the following guidelines.

Eligibility and Types of Uses

When not in use by the foundation or our building tenants, room reservations are confirmed in the following order on a first-come, first-served basis:

  1. Connect Mat-Su network partners, community coalitions and nonprofit organizations aligned with Mat-Su Health Foundation areas of focus.
  2. Community coalitions and nonprofit organizations that do not fall in the above category.
  3. Other qualified organizations that do not fall into categories listed above.

The meeting rooms are not available for tenant or public personal use, direct sales, religious proselytizing, fundraising, political activities, parties that are personal in nature (birthday parties, wedding receptions, etc.) or banquet-style events.

Regular Conference Center hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. Requests for usage outside of these hours may be approved if submitted by a building tenant. There may be a fee for building security, and a representative of the tenant organization must remain onsite during the entire meeting. Please review the MSHF Room Guidelines and User Agreements.

How to Request a Room

The calendar below shows whether or not conference rooms are available. If your time and date show as available, a reservation may be requested by completing the MSHF Room Guidelines and User Agreement and emailing it to admin@healthymatsu.org. Note that even if the availability calendar shows that a room is available, requests are not guaranteed until confirmed by the foundation. You will receive a response to your request within two (2) business days.

Rooms may be scheduled up to three months in advance. In order to accommodate as many requests as possible, please do not request more space than your event actually requires. You may download our complete MSHF Room Guidelines and User Agreements for more information.
