Alaska’s Healing Hearts Pathfinder Camp 2025 project. In collaboration with Alaska Community Foundation’s 2025 Camp initiative, this funding supports Alaska’s Healing Hearts free Pathfinder Camp in Sutton. The camp is for Military and Veteran families and offers a time for youth who experience family absences due to military service to connect and heal through outdoor recreational pursuits.
