Matching Grant for ACL Grant Year 2 project. Year 2 of local match funding for a federal demonstration project in Mat-Su for effective supportive services to persons living alone with ADRD, informal caregivers for persons with dementia, and residents with developmental disabilities who experience dementia or are at high risk of developing dementia.
