Mat-Su Food Coalition – Juneau project. The grant makes it possible for Mat-Su Food Coalition member agencies to travel to Juneau to meet state government entities and members of Alaska’s other food-centered organizations, with the goals of learning hows and whys of government policies/policy change; raising awareness of Mat-Su food security issues and opportunities; and deepening relationships that enable coalition members to operate more impactfully for Mat-Su residents in need.
