Multi-Year Support of Head Start and Early Head Start Services in Mat-Su project. CCS Early Learning will offer enrolled families transportation services to its early learning and childcare facilities. CCS will also provide an array of personnel and professional development enhancements over the next three years for employees as recruitment and retention strategies, to rebuild a primarily new workforce.
PURPOSE:
