Improve oral care for residents in long-term care facilities project. This grant will support Healthy Smiles Forever’s work providing oral health care for long-term care (LTC) residents and disabled patients at Mat-Su LTC facilities. These services improve residents’ oral health through dental treatment, preventive services, and education to improve the lives of residents in their daily activities.
