The goals of this grant is to provide CODI with TA from the National Council, through the MTM agreement. CODI is working to become both a sustainable organization in the present an especially in the future with the pending changes to the behavioral healthcare system. MTM is going to provide reports and recommendations for CODI to consider implementing in the future. MTM will be focusing on assessments and recommendations for back-office-revenue cycle management, cost finding consultation, EHR and Information Technology assessment, and a SPQM data pull.
