Onward & Upward will increase the number of its outdoor experiential courses by 50% over three years of funding the organization’s personnel. Programming offered in community for Mat-Su youth will address mental health, increase appreciation for outdoor recreation and land stewardship, and promote challenge by choice for healthy, resilient youth.
PURPOSE:
