Chief Community Impact Officer

The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is searching for a permanent Chief Community Impact Officer (CCIO). This mission-critical executive role is responsible for translating the Foundation’s bold vision for health equity into measurable community outcomes across the Mat-Su. Reporting directly to the President and Chief Operating Officer, the CCIO oversees all philanthropic and programmatic strategy, including scholarship, grantmaking, Connect Mat-Su, and R.O.C.K. Mat-Su. The CCIO aligns cross-sector initiatives, leads high-performing teams, and is a core member of the Executive Leadership Team (ELT). The ideal candidate will be experienced in cultivating deep, trust-based philanthropic relationships while championing health equity, building on core operational strategies, and ensuring value is embedded across all program, policy, and funding approaches.

Program Officer, Healthy Aging

The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic program officer to manage initiatives and projects for our Healthy Aging focus area. This program officer is a member of the philanthropic team and will implement strategic programs to advance the MSHF mission, concentrating on older adults, those who experience disabilities, and our veteran population. This role will work with local governmental officials and other program officers to manage contracts, participate in grantmaking processes, and create resources for this focus area. The program officer will work with the Chief Community Impact Officer and other senior program officers.

Program Manager, R.O.C.K. Mat-Su

The Mat-Su Health Foundation (MSHF) is hiring a program manager with R.O.C.K. (Raising Our Children with Kindness) Mat-Su. The program manager will be part of a high-performing team that provides backbone support to R.O.C.K. Mat-Su, a cross-sector collaborative of community partners that work to strengthen children and families throughout the borough. This position will engage and facilitate community partners working collectively to create transformative change in early childhood systems. The program manager will also implement strategies and initiatives to advance the mission and objectives of both MSHF and R.O.C.K. Mat-Su.
