Congregate Activities and Nutrition for Northern Valley Residents at the Senior Center 2026 project. This grant will help the Upper Su Community and Senior Center to support congregate activities and nutrition programs for Northern Valley residents. It will help build their capacity to implement programs in coordination with partners and provide nutrition services via a home-delivered meals program.
