Crisis Now Connector Support – Pilot Program project. Funds to provide limited personnel days per week to respond to and support the mobile crisis team by having staff available for client referrals (warm handoffs when necessary) within the newly established crisis system – Crisis Now. Their main responsibility is to ensure post-crisis clients get referred and meaningfully connected to care in the community.
