Local nonprofits and community groups can reserve the Mat-Su Health Foundation Conference Center as a meeting space. We are happy to provide this space at no cost.
Eligibility and requirements
When the Conference Center is not in use by the Foundation or our building tenants, the space is available for community groups to reserve.
Room reservations are confirmed in the following priority order, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
- Connect Mat-Su network partners, community coalitions, and nonprofit organizations aligned with Mat-Su Health Foundation’s areas of focus: Healthy Minds, Healthy Aging, Healthy Families, Healthy Futures, and Healthy Foundations.
- Community coalitions and nonprofit organizations that do not fall in the above category.
- Other organizations that do not fall into either of the above categories.r enrolled in a health or human services program.
Meeting rooms are not available for tenant or public personal use, direct sales, religious proselytizing, fundraising, political activities, personal parties (i.e., birthday parties, wedding receptions, etc.), or banquet-style events.
Conference Center hours are 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. Monday through Friday. We will consider requests to use the Conference Center outside of these hours if the request is submitted by a building tenant.
How to Request a Room
Review the Availability Calendar below to see when the conference rooms are available.
When you identify the date and time for your meeting, you will need to complete TWO (2) forms:
- Room Request Form
- MSHF Room Guidelines and User Agreement
- Email both of these forms to admin@healthymatsu.org.
You will receive a response to your request within two (2) business days. Reservations are not guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from the foundation. You may request room reservations up to three months in advance.
Room Capacity and Configurations
The MSHF Conference Center has three connecting conference rooms that can be configured as three single rooms, two rooms combined, or one large room. You can review the floor plan.

Room reservations show up as time blocks with a gray shaded bar on the left side. Times and dates that are completely blank may be available.
Equipment and Amenities
All three rooms are equipped with:
- Audio/visual presentation equipment
- Video and audio teleconferencing capability
- Free Wi-Fi
- Hearing-impaired audio enhancement aids item
The Prevention Room is attached to an area for serving food. Tables and chairs are available in all meeting rooms.
Catering
MSHF does not provide catering services. However, you are welcome to bring in catering from the provider of your choice.
Room User Agreement
An authorized representative from your group or organization must sign a user agreement form. Your organization will be responsible for the conduct of meeting participants and for any damages to facilities. MSHF may require facility users to provide proof of General Liability Insurance.
