Connect Mat-Su aims to connect every person in the Mat-Su Borough with resources they need to live a healthy life. Connect Mat-Su functions as a comprehensive health and social services hub, linking residents with up-to-date information about resources, and providing referrals and direct assistance.
Connect Mat-Su was established in response to community needs
Our past Community Health Needs Assessments revealed that residents often struggle to find and access health and social services, despite the many resources available across the Valley. We developed Connect Mat-Su to make it easier for people to locate all the programs and supports available to them.
Connect Mat-Su is a community effort
Connect Mat-Su serves as the hub for a network of community resource providers. We work together to populate and maintain a database with information on community resource providers and the services they offer, ensuring that the resources are comprehensive, accurate and up-to-date.
